Hello, I’m Jean-François Kong.

My training as a legal expert in public law has enabled me to work on a diverse range of topics within the public sector. Although my mission as the Administrative and Financial Manager of a medical imaging research laboratory comes to an end, I wish to continue to provide my expertise to the community.

My various professional experiences have enabled me to develop and perfect my abilities in team management and leadership and to develop an expert knowledge concerning the finances of different public institutions. Another fundamental element for an organisation that is subject to a regulated access system is the management and monitoring of human resources.

This expertise would not have been possible without knowledge of the current legislation and the social and political issues concerned.
